It is this culture that shapes our decisions, our relationships, and our ambition for sustainable growth The opportunity We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Operations Director to lead and evolve our operations across Portugal This role will play a critical part in driving performance and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality care, while strengthening operational excellence and supporting the continued growth of the organization Scope and impact- Lead the operational excellence of a nationwide clinical network, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Drive financial performance, aligned with strategic objectives
- Act as a key partner to senior leadership, including General Management and Medical Directors
- Optimize capacity, productivity, and sustainable growth
- Ensure robust governance, risk management, and compliance in a regulated environment
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement
- Represent the organization with key stakeholders, including health authorities and partners
- Proven experience in senior operational leadership, ideally within healthcare or other complex service environments
- Strong track record in performance improvement and transformation
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple levels
- Strategic thinking combined with disciplined execution
- Experience in multinational or structured organizational environments
- Relevant academic background and fluency in English
