As a Finance Training and Communication Senior Specialist on our corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s business thriving.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Take end-to-end responsibility for the coordination of Finance training programs – from planning and preparation to execution and quality review
- Establish regular exchange with stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Manage our training catalog and knowledge platforms as central hubs for all Finance learning content
- Define and track KPIs and quality metrics to continuously improve the training offering
Drive communication for Finance Academy - support overall communication in oneFinance
- Write, edit, and publish posts, newsletters, and articles tailored specifically to Finance audiences
- Create visually engaging materials – from PowerPoint presentations and GIFs to videos

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are a strong communicator with a creative mindset and a structured, quality‑driven approach, able to deliver clear, engaging, and impactful content. You combine creativity with organization, ensuring ideas are translated into well‑crafted and consistently high‑standard outputs.

A Degree in Communication Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in finance or training coordination
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
Basic experience with video editing tools and collaboration platforms like SharePoint, Confluence
Fluency in English – German is a plus
