Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy. 
  • Provide strategic HR advice on people-related matters and build strong stakeholder connections to identify key organizational needs.
  • Co-manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction of talent aligned with company needs and culture.
  • Oversee the onboarding and training processes, from identifying development needs to implementing comprehensive plans that promote employee skill growth and professional advancement.
  • Manage the talent management and performance management cycles, providing support to managers and employees throughout the process.
  • Monitor and promote initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and engagement while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support employer branding efforts and internal communications to strengthen organizational attractiveness and culture.
  • Track and analyze key HR performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an industry environment.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex HR challenges.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Strong talent management and development skills.
  • Experience with performance management systems and processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong teamwork skills, empathy, motivation and positive attitude toward challenges.
