Job Description

Drive the adoption of lean and agile leadership practices, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across the organization.
Lead the transformation journey, supporting strategic management and providing a clear reference framework.
Coordinate with Engineering Functional Areas, ensuring collaboration and alignment with transformation goals.
Develop and empower people by promoting learning and supporting skills in transformation and change management processes.
Inspire the organization with a clear vision, minimizing barriers and enabling effective transformation.
Monitor and report key performance indicators to measure transformation impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Training in Lean methodologies and other relevant areas.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with experience leading organizational transformations.
Proven ability to influence and inspire across all organizational levels.
Excellent decision-making and change management skills.
Strong focus on collaboration and achieving measurable results.
