Your Mission
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support airline passengers throughout their travel journey, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. You will assist customers with a wide range of travel-related inquiries while providing professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist customers via phone, email, and other support channels
- Handle flight reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and travel-related inquiries
- Provide information regarding schedules, airline services, baggage policies, and travel requirements
- Support passengers during travel disruptions and help identify suitable solutions
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards
- Escalate complex cases when necessary and follow established procedures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction
Required Qualifications
- Fluent French (C1 level or higher)
- Good English communication skills (minimum B2 level)
- Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience in a similar role (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer orientation, empathy, and team spirit
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Experience in the tourism, travel, hospitality, or airline industry
- Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
- Previous experience as a travel agent or tourism representative
- Experience supporting international customers
- Base Salary: €930 gross/month (paid over 14 months)
- Attendance Bonus: €25/month (paid over 11 months)

- Operating hours: 08:00 – 20:00
