Your Challenges:
- Strengthen Market Leadership: Help shape our market position by identifying opportunities to expand our footprint and delivering solutions that elevate office management standards.
- Generate and Qualify Leads: Leverage a suite of lead-generation tools to build a pipeline of high-quality B2B prospects and identify key decision-makers.
- Build Client Relationships: Establish strong, trust-based relationships with potential B2B clients, setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.
- Close Deals Confidently: Whether through charm or expertise, you’ll convert leads into customers and support them through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Tailor Solutions to Clients’ Needs: Use your industry knowledge to offer clients customized solutions that align perfectly with their needs.
Your Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: You have experience in phone-based sales, with a strong preference for B2B cold calling.
- Outstanding Communicator: You’re articulate, persuasive, and able to convey value with every conversation.
- Quality-Focused: You prioritize building meaningful connections over volume, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Confident Negotiator: You excel at closing deals with SMEs’ key decision-makers, and you do it with both professionalism and confidence.
- Ambitious & Organized: You’re goal-oriented and structured, with a clear drive for results.
- Language Proficiency: Native-level Italian and fluency in English are required.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and also ChatGPT is a plus.
