Responsibilities
System Ownership & Configuration
- Act as the system owner for Workforce Data modules in Oracle HCM, including job and position structures, organizations, cost centers, and worker data.
- Maintain consistent, scalable system configuration and ensure alignment with business needs and HR policies.
- Define and apply naming conventions and data standards (e.g., job titles, department structures).
- Oversee role-based access controls and audit trails in alignment with security and compliance requirements.
- Oversight Define and maintain data governance frameworks for workforce data across source systems and integration points.
- Ensure data consistency and quality across all integrated systems (e.g., payroll, finance, analytics platforms).
- Partner with IT to manage data flow design, interface mappings, transformation rules, and exception handling processes.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies between systems, ensuring synchronization and preventing downstream errors.
- Internal Support auditability of integration processes and compliance with GDPR and internal controls.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of data integrity and compliance across HRIS and integrated systems.
- Handle escalations and approvals for complex data changes and sensitive exceptions.
- Define and execute data audits, health checks, and clean-up efforts to prevent errors and enable accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, labor laws, and internal audit requirements.
- Continuously assess and improve workforce data processes, including new hire data flows, transfers, reorganizations, and terminations.
- Drive automation opportunities and support the deployment of global HR digital solutions.
- Evaluate and implement new tools or enhancements with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Support development and delivery of self-service functionality, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Lead or support HRIS enhancement projects, including module implementations and integration upgrades.
- Translate business requirements into system and process specifications, and coordinate testing and go lives.
- Manage system release planning, change requests, and ongoing configuration updates.
- Support user training and change management for HR stakeholders and data stewards.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in system ownership or configuration Oracle HCM Fusion, or a comparable HR platform.
- Expertise with Workforce Data Management Solutions - Strong expertise in HR master data structures, integrations, and system governance.
- Hands-on experience with data governance frameworks, validation rules, and security standards.
- Understanding of GDPR, internal audit, and legal compliance requirements for HR data.
- Proven experience managing HR system implementations or major upgrades.
- Strong skills in business process design, requirement gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with system configuration tools, reporting, user role management, and UAT.
