We are seeking a Remote Application Support Specialist responsible for ensuring 24/7 service availability through proactive monitoring, effective incident management, and rapid issue resolution within a shift-based team environment.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability and prevent service disruptions. The support team is distributed, with resources based in Portugal to ensure seamless shift coverage.

Key Responsibilities Include

Providing remote support for telecommunications applications
Diagnosing and resolving incidents to ensure continuous service availability
Monitoring systems proactively to identify and address potential issues before they impact users
Working alongside technical teams to implement efficient solutions and enhance system reliability
Contributing to continuous service improvement and operational excellence

Required Skills

We are looking for a proactive and curious professional who demonstrates strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Key Qualifications Include

Very good level of English (both written and spoken)
Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems
Familiarity with networking concepts
Interest in process automation and continuous improvement
Innovative thinking and willingness to learn new technologies
Exposure to Python is considered a plus
