What You'll do:

Lead business analysis for eMobility and CPMS initiatives, translating business needs into clear requirements.
Analyze processes, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies to identify improvements and risks.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders.
Own requirements throughout the lifecycle, ensuring traceability, validation, and rollout readiness.
Support decision-making by assessing impacts, risks, and trade-offs across teams and solutions.
Contribute to Agile delivery and continuous improvement of business analysis practices.

Who You Are:

Experienced Senior Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in complex digital environments.
Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder management.
Comfortable bridging business and technical teams, working with integrations, data flows, and system landscapes.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar collaboration tools.
Knowledge of eMobility, CPMS, SaaS, or platform-based solutions is a plus.
Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
