If you thrive on connecting with and influencing people, are passionate about driving effective change, new ways of working and modern technologies, this role is perfect for you!

How You Will Contribute

You will:

  • Act as the change partner to the BU Implementation Lead - bringing insights on required change activities and leveraging their connections to drive stakeholder engagement, awareness, and adoption.
  • Localize and lead the execution of change management plans aligned with global and regional S4/o9 plans and organizational goals.
  • Assess change impacts across all functions and define mitigation measures such as trainings and communication for a smooth change.
  • Lead system, process and mindset changes with the BU implementation team, with KPIs defined and tracked to measure success and adoption.
  • Build change capability in teams through coaching and partnership.
  • Own accountability for end user training within the BU - ensuring people are invited, trained, tracking attendance and completion, and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Own the upskilling journey of Key Users and Champions as their primary point of contact - calling upon Functional Change Leads for content support when needed. Organize & co-host trainings and assess readiness.
  • Define the stakeholder landscape within the BU, cluster, and markets. Identify, onboard, and launch Change Champions and Key Users based on defined criteria. Build strong relationships and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Ensure end-to-end cross-functional coordination by consolidating functional inputs into one coherent, role-based view of change - ensuring impacted roles receive one consistent message regardless of how many workstreams affect them.

  • Training/instructional experience via managing delivery of training programs.
