Your mission will be…

Execution of tasks related to Human Resources Administration for Siemens BeNeLux, such as:
Data and employee lifecycle event management related to internal or external employees (from onboarding to termination);
Management of employee related organizational structure (cost center, org unit, manager);
HR support to customers
Front-office HR support to customers (mail & phone);

We are looking for someone with…

University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is mandatory;
Payroll experience is a plus;
Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook);
Workday and SAP knowledge (strong plus);
Team player, with strong customer focus, results and quality orientation;
Reliability, organization, autonomy and strong communication skills;
Motivation and resilience;
Flexibility, multitasking and problem-solving orientation;
Capability to work in an Agile environment.
