What You'll Do
BCG has a real estate portfolio of more than 4M square feet across 90+ cities, with significant real estate activity as we grow and diversify as a business and evolve our workplace of the future. The Global Real Estate Director – Transformation and Delivery CoE is a recently elevated role within BCG’s Global Real Estate team, reporting directly to the GRE Executive Director. This position will serve as the strategic and operational integrator and process leader for GRE, focusing on building a best-in-class transformation framework that unites project delivery, workplace experience, ESG and Portfolio Strategy objectives under a single operating model.
As BCG continues to expand its services and evolve its capabilities, the Transformation and Delivery CoE Director will act as the driver of consistency and scalability across the global GRE organization, bringing to life the end-to-end service delivery vision of the Global Real Estate Executive Director and Enterprise Services Leader. The role will design, codify, and operationalize best practices that drive service delivery, governance, innovation, and integration. Acting as the “glue” between the GRE Project Delivery Organization, the Workplace Experience team, Portfolio Strategy, Portfolio Insight & Governance and the Real Estate ESG function, this role ensures GRE enables BCG’s offices deliver on cost, EVP, brand, culture, and sustainability while operating with efficiency and excellence.
This is a change-driving leadership role, accountable for shaping the future of GRE by embedding
transformation principles, creating and evolving standardized processes, and fostering cross-functional
collaboration.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Transformation Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of a Transformation Center of Excellence, establishing frameworks, playbooks, and governance models that elevate GRE capabilities globally while considering regional nuances, e.g. by regional/local market practices.
- Process Development & Documentation: Define and document global and regional standards, ensuring processes are scalable, repeatable, and consistently applied across all geographies.
- Integration of Functions: Serve as a connector between Project Delivery, Workplace Experience,
- Portfolio Strategy, Portfolio Insight & Governance and ESG, creating synergies that enhance BCG’s endto-end real estate strategy and delivery.
- Data and performance measurement: Work with GRE Data Platforms team on data capturing needs, metrics and performance measurement of GRE business outcomes and GRE service line performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders across GRE and other corporate functions (IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Risk, Security) to enable integrated workplace solutions aligned with BCG’s cost,
people and risk strategy. - Governance & Risk Management: Work with GRE Service Lines Leads to support integration of various governance structures where relevant to increase visibility, enhance accountability, and allow proactive cost and risk management across the global portfolio.
- Vendor Strategy & Performance Management: Work with GRE workstreams on their vendor needs and translate vendor requirements into a holistic vendor strategy. Work with Procurement on execution of vendor strategy and continuous vendor performance evaluation.
- Change Management: Drive adoption of new ways of working across the GRE organization, ensuring alignment with delivery excellence in GRE’s services and BCG’s broader transformation agenda.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (Ideal); Master’s degree preferred in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
- ~8-10+ years of experience in global corporate real estate, workplace strategy, or transformation leadership roles.
- Proven track record leading organizational change initiatives and implementing standardized processes at scale.
- Strong experience with governance frameworks, performance measurement, and cross-functional integration.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead within a matrixed, global team environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
Who You'll Work With
You will report directly to the Head of Function (Global Real Estate Executive Director) and work closely with the GRE Leadership Team, Global Workplace Technology, and Digital Product teams and other ES functions involved in real estate activity. You will also partner with regional GRE and Workplace Experience leaders, delivery teams, regional/system/local operations teams and various Centers of Excellence.

Global Real Estate (GRE) leads the development and execution of BCG’s global real estate strategy, planning principles, and human-centred workplace experience. The team holds overall responsibility for the strategic management of BCG’s real estate portfolio as well as the delivery of the firm’s real estate projects globally – from location strategy through to site-search; commercial, technical and financial due diligence; the lease transaction, design and build-out of our offices.
