What you will be doing
As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be responsible for:
- Positioning RICOH as the preferred and trusted provider across all business areas within the assigned accounts
(excluding service and asset areas where a dedicated Service Manager is in place). - Understanding and applying best practices implemented in similar accounts and transferring that knowledge to your portfolio.
- Defining, executing, and continuously updating the Account Plan for each assigned key account in a dynamic and ongoing manner.
- Communicating the company’s value proposition to position RICOH as a reference partner across different customer business areas.
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement and optimization within customer environments, with a strong focus on cost reduction and efficiency, including:
- Fleet optimization initiatives
- Document process outsourcing
- IT Applications and IT Infrastructure optimization
- Managing and leading commercial transactions identified within each account, reinforcing RICOH’s strategic positioning.
- Actively driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the RICOH portfolio.
You will ideally have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar fields.
- Strong background related to Management, Business Administration, or IT Infrastructure, Security, and Enterprise Applications (ERP, etc.).
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in roles focused on prospecting and new business development.
- Experience within technology companies or technical / industrial product environments is required.
- Proven experience managing complex customer relationships and solution-based sales.
- High level of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
