Cybersecurity Pre-Sales
In the context of Ricoh Portugal’s strong growth and its continued investment in expanding cybersecurity and digital services, this role plays a strategic part in driving business development and delivering high-value solutions to clients.
Embedded in a dynamic team and working cross-functionally with sales, technical teams, and technology partners, this professional will be responsible for identifying opportunities, designing innovative solutions, and actively contributing to strengthening Ricoh’s cybersecurity value proposition in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales organization in identifying business opportunities, participating in client meetings, and gathering technical and business requirements
- Design and architect cybersecurity solutions aligned with both the company portfolio and client needs, in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and partners, across the following areas:
- Governance & Compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, QNRC)
- Audits and Assessments
- Security Operations & Monitoring (SOC / MDR / CSIRT)
- Multi-vendor Security Architectures
- Develop and manage technical-commercial proposals, including service definition, pricing, and risk mitigation
- Provide specialized internal cybersecurity consulting, supporting both technical and commercial teams
- Contribute to the evolution of the company’s cybersecurity offering, through:
- Market analysis
- Partner solution management
- Continuous knowledge update
- Develop sales enablement materials, including proposals, presentations, and use cases
- Identify and drive new business opportunities, within both existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate across internal teams, promoting knowledge sharing to enhance competitiveness and reduce risk
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and best practices
- Integrate environmental considerations into solution design and proposals whenever applicable
Requirements (unchanged)
- Previous experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles (minimum 5 years)
- Strong technical background in infrastructure and cybersecurity
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions
- Experience in cybersecurity solutions, including:
- Degree in Information Systems (or related field)
- Specific training:
- CISSP certification (preferred)
- ISC2 certifications
- Other relevant certifications
- Fluency in English
