Your Mission Will Be
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations;
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that delivery teams focus on the highest-value initiatives;
- Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable product features;
- Monitor product performance, prepare executive-level reports, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders;
- Challenge conventional approaches and promote innovative, customer-centric solutions that create business value.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in complex technology-driven environments;
- Strong technical understanding of software development processes, system integrations, APIs, and digital product ecosystems;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences;
- Experience creating reports, tracking KPIs, and presenting product insights to senior leadership;
- CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
- Experience working within Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or scaled delivery frameworks;
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven product decisions;
- A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, bringing fresh perspectives to business challenges;
- Relevant certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent;
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
