Responsibilities
- Client Management: Independently manage and nurture a pipeline of clients, focusing on their needs for buying or selling mid to high-end residential properties.
- Sales Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual sales and revenue goals in the luxury market segment.
- Market Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the local luxury residential market, property values, and key investment opportunities.
- Transaction Mastery: Guide high-value clients through complex, high-stakes transactions, providing expert advice on pricing, negotiation, and closing procedures.
- Client Experience: Provide an exceptional, discreet, and professional service experience to cultivate client loyalty and generate referrals.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with brokerage leadership and support staff to leverage resources and refine client service standards.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable success as a high-producing real estate agent, specifically within the mid-market and luxury residential sector.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex, high-value property transactions.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a demanding environment.
- Based in or open to relocating to Porto; hybrid working model available.
- Fluency in English required; Portuguese a strong advantage.
