Digital Content Management Specialist (f/m/div)

• Represent our CSS division in global, content-related projects and work closely with various stakeholders to define project details and roll out project results
• Support the implementation and updating of a global content management strategy by actively working with and coordinating different stakeholders
• Revise website content as needed and ensure a cohesive digital presence
• Conduct content audits to assess how well existing content is performing and to identify gaps or areas for improvement
• Measure the impact of content and campaigns, reporting on content ROI, and adjusting strategies accordingly
• Monitor content trends and stay up-to-date with advancements in content technology and platforms

• A degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Management or similar
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proven content management experience, including auditing and optimizing website or digital content and identifying gaps and opportunities
• Solid understanding of the tools and systems that structure and deliver content, ideally gained in a complex, large-company environment
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams, with an appreciation of roles, responsibilities, and dynamics in big organizations
• Proactive, analytical, and self-driven, with the ability to quickly learn new topics, connect the dots at a strategic level, and propose well-founded actions
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills – able to build networks quickly and work in a structured, process-oriented way
• Fluent English skills
