What You'll do:
- Monitor and maintain database platforms, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability.
- Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Execute database changes, upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Manage backups, recovery processes, and high-availability solutions.
- Implement security controls and support compliance and audit requirements.
- Analyze database performance, optimize capacity, and recommend improvements.
- Experienced Database Administrator (DBA) or Database Operations Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of database monitoring, performance tuning, backup & recovery, and security.
- Skilled in incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Familiar with Change Management, high availability, and disaster recovery practices.
- Collaborative team player with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
