Credit Risk Regulatory Reporting Team Leader

- The Predictive Analysis Team Leader with his team contributes to the Credit Risk Risk‑Weighted Assets (RWA) computation and analysis, contributing to the calculation of the Group Basel solvency ratio and Pillar 3 disclosures (includes Group Accounting to Risk Reconciliation); Regulatory Reporting at Group and sub-consolidated level (COREP Own Funds/Large Exposures/Leverage Ratio, International Commitments, Country Risk, Pillar 2 - Short Term Exercise, G-SIB, Basel Monitoring - Quantitative Impact Study), Data quality and process optimization and supporting the Manager
- Lead the team, ensuring coordination and supervision to ensure alignment with the department’s objectives and reporting directly to the Manager, and management the team’s individual objectives, appraisal process, periodic checkpoints and recruitment processes
- Participate and contribute actively in the design and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) focused solutions within the department
- Proactive participation in the different projects linked to regulatory evolutions, on both calculation and reporting streams, as well as acting as a key point on contact for the Group’s stakeholders regarding regulatory requests and processual and IT improvements
- Coordination with other relevant functions, both within the department and outside (Risk, Finance, etc)
- Collection and control of risk data (ensure the quality and integrity of the data used or enriched by the team)
- Calculations, analysis and reporting of RWA figures to several stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Risk and Controls
- Knowledge of Laws and Regulations - Regulatory
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
