How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the development and deployment of complex machine learning and predictive models to solve critical business challenges in Grid Technologies.
- Research, apply, and innovate with advanced data science, AI, and statistical modeling techniques to create new digital solutions and uncover actionable insights.
- Manage large-scale data science projects, define scope and deliverables, and ensure models are validated, scalable, and integrated into production.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field—or a Bachelor’s degree with substantial equivalent experience.
- Extensive professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and deploying production-level machine learning models.
- You are highly skilled in Python, SQL, machine learning frameworks, predictive and statistical modeling, deep learning, and software engineering.
- You have hands-on experience with data visualization, data engineering, AWS, Git, and agile workflow management.
- Advanced English proficiency.
