About The Role
Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.
We're looking for a Quality Analyst to support Account Executives and their managers in delivering outstanding experiences and value for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing
- Monitoring quality and compliance of sales interactions, including reviewing and scoring phone calls, emails, and related chats
- Providing feedback to agents based on their quality score and results
- Working with Sales team trainers to produce best practice guides and facilitate regular training
- 6+ months in a quality role or similar
- Fluency in English and French
- Great quality score results
- Exemplary diligence and integrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working in a sales environment
