As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Financial Operations & Administrative Analyst to support the company’s internal financial operations, reporting processes, and administrative workflows.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, combining financial organization, reporting, process coordination, and operational support. We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple financial and administrative tasks simultaneously.

Description

  • Support day-to-day financial operations and administrative processes
  • Assist with internal financial reporting and operational controls
  • Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and data organization
  • Support workflow coordination across finance and administrative activities
  • Contribute to process improvement and organizational efficiency
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial documentation and communication

Responsabilities

  • Support finance-related operational activities, including invoicing, payments, payroll support, and expense tracking
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentation
  • Organize and manage financial and administrative data for reporting purposes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of financial and operational processes
  • Assist with reconciliations, financial controls, and administrative follow-ups
  • Help improve internal workflows, reporting structures, and data accessibility
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the finance team

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) / Proficient in English (both speaking and writing)
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in finance operations, reporting, administrative support, or backoffice roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in financial contexts
  • Strong writing skills for financial and accounting documentation
  • Ability to work under pressure with numerical data
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and initiative
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible approach to managing diverse financial tasks

DIFFERENTIALS

  • Experience with ERP systems or financial reporting tools
  • Exposure to fast-paced or consulting environments
  • Experience with process improvement or operational coordination
