As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Financial Operations & Administrative Analyst to support the company’s internal financial operations, reporting processes, and administrative workflows.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, combining financial organization, reporting, process coordination, and operational support. We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple financial and administrative tasks simultaneously.
Description
- Support day-to-day financial operations and administrative processes
- Assist with internal financial reporting and operational controls
- Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and data organization
- Support workflow coordination across finance and administrative activities
- Contribute to process improvement and organizational efficiency
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial documentation and communication
- Support finance-related operational activities, including invoicing, payments, payroll support, and expense tracking
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentation
- Organize and manage financial and administrative data for reporting purposes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of financial and operational processes
- Assist with reconciliations, financial controls, and administrative follow-ups
- Help improve internal workflows, reporting structures, and data accessibility
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the finance team
- Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) / Proficient in English (both speaking and writing)
- Undergraduate degree
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- Previous experience in finance operations, reporting, administrative support, or backoffice roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in financial contexts
- Strong writing skills for financial and accounting documentation
- Ability to work under pressure with numerical data
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and initiative
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible approach to managing diverse financial tasks
- Experience with ERP systems or financial reporting tools
- Exposure to fast-paced or consulting environments
- Experience with process improvement or operational coordination
