We are currently looking for a French-speaking Customer Solutions Specialist to join an international customer support team in Braga, Portugal.

In this role, you will support customers related to meal card services, ensuring a high-quality customer experience through phone, email, and chat communication.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Support users with card activation, balance information, and transaction-related questions

Provide accurate information about products and services

Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency

Record interactions in the CRM system

Collaborate with internal teams to solve more complex cases

Follow internal procedures and quality standards

Candidate Profile

Native or C2-level French is mandatory

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in customer service/support is considered a plus

EU Citizenship or valid Portugal work permit/residence authorization is required

Offer

€930 gross/month × 14 salaries

€80 monthly performance bonus × 12 months
