Role Overview:

This role involves managing incoming user requests via telephone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt response and resolution within SLA. Striving for top Customer Satisfaction Survey scores, the role includes actively updating customers on request progress. Additionally, responsibilities encompass delivering high-quality customer service for post-sales inquiries and providing inbound sales support to enhance revenue. Meeting quarterly sales targets and maintaining accurate data in CRM systems are also key aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage incoming user requests via telephone, email, and chat.
• Document call details in case management systems and ensure timely response and resolution within SLA.
• Strive for top Customer Satisfaction Survey scores by proactively updating customers on status and resolution progress.
• Provide high-quality Customer Service for post-sales requests such as delivery, warranties, and refunds.
• Offer inbound sales support and promote product sales to enhance revenue while maintaining superior customer satisfaction.
• Meet quarterly sales targets while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience.
• Log and track orders or requests, ensuring all necessary data is captured in CRM according to client requirements, policies, and products.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• C1/C2 proficiency in Italian
• B2/C1 proficiency in English
• Experience in Customer Support or Call Centre
