Role Overview:

This role involves providing comprehensive assistance to users across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, for Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues. It requires adeptly adapting the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private and public platforms. The role includes effectively managing customer escalations and documenting case information for reference. Overall, the position focuses on delivering high-quality support while ensuring consistency and professionalism across all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for General Inquiries, and technical issues across multiple channels (phone/email/chat/social media).
  • Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging) and public (social media, forums, e-commerce reviews) platforms.
  • Handle customer escalations effectively and escalate issues or customers to higher tiers of support as per defined protocols.
  • Respond to inbound customer requests promptly and accurately, documenting relevant case information for future reference.


Qualifications:

  • C1/C2 proficiency in Dutch
  • B2/C1 proficiency in English
