Job Overview:
As a Communication, Marketing, and Partnerships Specialist, you play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives within our agencies.
Your expertise in creating effective communication strategies, promoting agency services, and establishing valuable collaborations with industry stakeholders contributes significantly to our success
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include tasks and duties that contribute to the overall success of the company, ensuring efficient operations, employee satisfaction, and achievement of organizational goals
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for business growth;
- Contribute to communication strategies to enhance brand presence and reputation;
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies;
- Oversee coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and monitoring effectiveness;
- Create compelling content for various channels (social media, websites, emails) to promote the organization's brand, events, and offerings;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, communication, and partnership strategies with overall business objectives;
- Foster strategic partnerships with media companies, technology providers, and industry influencers to enhance capabilities, offerings, and competitive advantage;
- Assist in negotiating and managing partnership agreements for mutually beneficial outcomes;
- Participate in budget development and management for communication, marketing, and partnership initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources;
- Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate success of communication, marketing, and partnership efforts and prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in communication and marketing within the media/advertising industry, along with experience in production
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Experience in managing budgets and using data-driven insights;
- Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms;
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Effective use of social media for brand promotion and audience engagement;
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms;
- Fluency in Portuguese is strongly preferred
