Social Media - Customer Support with Dutch - Remote Work - #247528

You will support Dutch-speaking clients of the biggest social media platform in the world. Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to company's clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses as social media content creators.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting content creators and influencers in various social media platforms;
• Subscription Management, Account Management, Technical Troubleshooting;
• Processing inquiries from new and existing customers (small and medium-sized businesses) via telephone, email and live chat;
• No sales involved;
• Supporting the customers after they purchased services;
• Independent and proactive solution finding using the constantly available knowledge base;

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch
• Communicative level of English language (B2)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer:

• Base salary: 1298 gross
• Accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon (discounted)
• Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
