Key responsibilities

• SAP Logistics Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Logistics Execution (LE) to analyze business requirements and implement effective solutions
• RPA Implementation with UiPath: Design, develop, and deploy solutions to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and increase productivity
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, map out workflows, and recommend automation strategies to drive operational efficiency
• Integration and Customization: Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to integrate SAP functionalities with other systems, perform system configurations, and customize SAP modules to meet business needs
• Training and Support: Provide training sessions and technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new SAP features and RPA solutions
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and automation workflows. Generate reports to track performance metrics, project milestones, and ROI of automation initiatives.

For this specific job we need people with:

• Experience with SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD, LE) in implementation and support projects.
• Proficiency in RPA tools, particularly UiPath, including designing and deploying automation solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Experience in the healthcare or industrial sectors is a plus, with knowledge of industry-specific processes and regulations.
• Relevant SAP certifications and UiPath certifications are advantageous
  
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
