About the job

  • Within the CIB ITO Client Management Due Diligence of BNP Paribas CIB, the KYC Quality Monitoring Officer’s objective is to perform the global quality monitoring activity related to the KYC (Know Your Client). Updates for the different stakeholders within the EMEA region: Business, Due Diligence, Compliance & Referential

Your Main Activities Are

  • KYC updates on GCARS and Fenergo platform: Some of the key tasks are: business activity checks, terminations and reactivations, status amends, change of final risk score and next review date and flag switch
  • Manage the generic mailbox: The KYC Quality Monitoring Officer works closely with the Due Diligence teams across the EMEA region and with the Coverage/Business representatives in order to update accurately KYC tools and to check and correct any issues about the RM allocation process and Due Diligence workflow
  • Participate to the daily whiteboards and team meetings
  • Provide regular visibility on the performed activity
  • Escalate issues timely with a proposal of solution

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Academic Degree in either Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Fluency in English
  • Able to deliver results and be results driven
  • Possess great attention to detail
  • Able to collaborate with others and work as a team
  • Have great organizational skills
