Cross Border Talents is looking for Italian speaking Content Moderators for a popular social media app for our client in Lisbon, Portugal. Want to make use of your language and technology skills and live a unique experience in a multicultural environment as well as gain some valuable International experience in a beautiful destination Your role as a Content Moderator: Review content (text, visuals, applications,) to ensure content complies with client’s policies and regulations Ensure all content includes current and relevant information Monitor content to protect users from harmful and destructive images and information Respond to all incoming enquiries with empathy, accuracy and in a timely manner Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review The position is fully on site in Lisbon, Portugal Requirements: High School Diploma Fluent proficiency in required language Good level of English: B2 Working schedule 24/7 (3 shifts: 8am- 5pm, 2pm-11pm,11pm-8am) Experience in text editing, revision, or digital content analysis is an advantage Organized individual with great decision-making and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow well established guidelines Ability to work in fast paced environment and willingness to learn and develop Team player with a great attitude and computer skills Motivated and with a positive attitude Benefits: Competitive salary Meal allowance paid in card Monthly bonus based on performance Private health Insurance fully covered by the company A bright, modern and exciting place to work, with excellent staff facilities Various career development opportunities Annual reward and recognition events Holiday pay Team and Company events
