Accounting Trainee

As an Accounting Trainee, your mission is to support the accounting and finance team by assisting with financial statement preparation, and tax compliance. You'll also participate in projects to improve business processes and financial management, and support monthly reporting and annual account closure. Your goal is to become a valuable member of the team and contribute to the overall success of the company's financial operations.

The job will require you to

• Collaborate with the finance team in preparing accounting data;
• Assist in administrative activities, including document management, classification, and organization of information;
• Support in processing financial transactions, such as invoicing, payments, checking current accounts, and bank reconciliations;
• Assist in monthly reporting, including liaising with entities and auditors;
• Participation in continuous improvement projects;
• Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial and accounting records, and meeting established deadlines;
• Participation in projects to improve business processes and financial management;
• Support for the monthly report.

The ideal candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or similar;
• Eligibility for IEFP internship program;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
