And as we are continually growing, with new international projects, we are looking for a Senior Interior Architect to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and practices, as well as a proven track record of success in leading and managing complex projects. The Senior Architect and Designer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of architectural projects, as well as the mentoring and development of junior architects.

Duties and Responsibilities

– Lead the design and development of architectural interior projects from modeling to completion

– Reviewing construction documents to ensure that specifications meet design requirements

– Work with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their goals.

– Manage and mentor junior architects, providing them with guidance and support.

– Support and preparation of documentation for all Interior design stages

– Support and preparation of reports and presentations for all Interior design stages

– Revit modeling and collaborative work (BIM 360)

– Knowledge of the company's documentation system in place

– Prepare and present project proposals to clients

– Manage project budgets and schedules

Required Skills And Experience

– 5 to 10 years of professional experience working in Interior Architecture projects

– Experience in Hospitality, Residential and Retail

– Spoken and written fluency in English, and other languages is a plus

– Good communication and organizational skills

– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

– A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment

– Strong proactivity and a problem solver spirit

– Strong ability with 3D modeling and Adobe Suite (mainly InDesign and Photoshop) is a plus

– Knowledge of Vray or Lumion is a plus
