Your Mission

• Review and update existing documentation to meet accessibility guidelines;
• Edit and format technical content for improved readability and usability by users with various abilities;
• Ensure that all documentation is compatible with assistive technologies, such as screen readers;
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and clarity of the documentation;
• Contribute to style guides and templates that align with accessibility best practices.
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts;
• Fluent English and excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
• 1+ year of proven experience in technical writing;
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Experience with Madcap Flare;
• Knowledge of accessibility principles in technical documentation.
• Experience with version control tools is a plus (e.g., Git).
