DECISION is looking for a SAP Technical Lead.

• The candidate must have:
• SAP Success Factors, particularly in the modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation Management, Succession & Development;
• SAP Business Technology Platform;
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams;
• Ability for critical analysis and focused on problem solving;
• Commitment to quality of deliveries;
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR;
• Experience in strategic projects;
• Knowledge of languages ​​(written and oral): English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of application technologies;
• Hands-on experience with these technologies;
• Experience with designing complex solutions.
• Nice to have:
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence tools;
• Portuguese and Spanish is a plus.

• From 5 to 10 years of experience;

The candidate will provide support to the current developing team, being directly involved with the project.
