We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google and Meta Ads to optimize and expand our advertising campaigns. This role requires a combination of technical, analytical, and creative skills to drive traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS) KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Design, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads) Conduct keyword research and create targeted ad groups to optimize for conversions Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve ROAS Monitor and report on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and overall ROAS Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives Stay updated with the latest ad platform changes, industry trends, and best practices Analyse customer journey and conversion funnel to recommend strategies for remarketing and retargeting Set, manage, and optimize monthly advertising budgets Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvements and scalability REQUERIMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns Proficiency in Google Analytics Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential Strong knowledge of the e-commerce customer journey and sales funnels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines OFFER: Opportunity to make a significant impact in the company and the life of consumers Competitive salary based on demonstrated experience Employee discounts, health insurance, gym membership and other benefits
