The role

• Provide technical support and assistance for existing .NET-based applications, including troubleshooting issues, diagnosing root causes, and implementing timely solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize support tasks based on business impact.
• Analyze application performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and implement performance enhancements to improve application responsiveness and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, identify areas for code refactoring or optimization, and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and support guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure continuity of support.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to deploy application updates, perform maintenance tasks, and ensure the reliability and availability of production systems.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer or similar role, with a strong background in troubleshooting and supporting .NET-based applications.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, including database design, optimization, and query tuning.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
