Position Overview:We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our Content Review team as a German-Speaking Content Reviewer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in safeguarding online communities by evaluating and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with our platform's guidelines and standards. You'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, tackling challenging content issues while contributing to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess user-generated content in German, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate content, such as hate speech, graphic imagery, and other violations, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to users regarding content moderation decisions, maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Trust & Safety, Legal, and Product, to improve moderation processes and tools.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging issues related to content moderation, continuously updating knowledge and skills to adapt to evolving challenges.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to make sound judgments and decisions in accordance with established guidelines, with a commitment to fairness and objectivity.
• Prior experience in content moderation, customer support, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
