Job Description

• Act as the hierarchical leader for Team Leaders, providing guidance and support.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with project teams in other locations.
• Assist in project management without direct project responsibilities.
• Ensure recruitment needs are met for all teams.
• Measure and improve productivity and development quality.
• Maintain a skills map of all programmers.
• Foster cross-functionality and resource sharing.
• Manage the budget for the Centre of Innovation.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Proven managerial experience, showcasing exceptional leadership abilities.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and French, facilitating effective communication with diverse teams.
• Strong background in computer science or a related field, providing a solid foundation for technical collaboration.
• Comfort and adaptability in a matrix organisational structure, enabling seamless cooperation across teams and departments.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in IT governance frameworks and best practices.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
