Job Description:As an Arabic and French Speaking Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our platform remains a safe and positive space for users to engage and interact. You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to uphold community guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Arabic and French languages to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Identify and assess potentially sensitive or inappropriate content, including but not limited to hate speech, graphic violence, and harassment.
• Take appropriate action, such as content removal or user sanctions, according to established protocols and policies.
• Escalate complex or high-risk content issues to senior moderators or relevant stakeholders.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to users regarding content moderation decisions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Trust and Safety, Legal, and Product, to improve moderation processes and policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging issues, and best practices in content moderation.

Qualifications:

• Fluent proficiency in both Arabic and French languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain objectivity and impartiality while evaluating content.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
• Prior experience in content moderation or related fields is advantageous but not required.
