Your Mission:

• Dive deep into understanding our customers' needs and help them achieve their business objectives.
• Become an expert in our product and guide customers to maximize its value.
• Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success and our CEO to establish goals and KPIs.
• Develop compelling campaigns and strategies that drive revenue for our customers.
• Proactively engage with customers to prevent churn and identify opportunities for growth.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand customer usage of our platform.

Requirements

You're the One if:

• You have 1-2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, customer success, or consulting, with a preference for startup experience.
• You excel at organization, attention to detail, and execution, even in chaotic environments.
• Bonus points if you have familiarity with JSON or demonstrate a quick aptitude for learning technical concepts.
• You're adept at working autonomously, taking initiative, and making sound decisions.
• You're passionate about helping small and medium-sized businesses solve their challenges through attentive listening and problem-solving.
