WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support the Business & Data Global Products Department in managing its Quality of Service and ensuring compliance with processes.
• Utilize Operations Process and Service Now Tooling for Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and IT Asset Management.
• Conduct transversal Quality of Service monitoring for the Department, including KPIs, reports, analyses, improvement plans, governance, and arbitration.
• Coordinate and implement process and Service Improvement Plans.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• At least 5 years’ experience in the field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Expertise in Service Management or similar supporting Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Asset Management.
• ITIL Foundation Certification (v4 preferred, v3 accepted).
• Proficiency in ITSM Tooling on Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Asset Management (Service Now preferred).
• Proficiency in English
