About the job

You will actively support the CIB CCCO (“Chief Conduct and Control Officer”) Central team based in Paris in all their non-financial risk management projects (risks like operational, regulatory, third party, etc.).

You will have a chance to develop your knowledge on the various CIB business lines and processes, as well as on the risks that the CIB business lines face. You will interact with contributors at worldwide level including with Group functions (Risk, Compliance, RH, IT, etc.).

This position will also allow you to be in economic watch on companies and their sector of activity.

You will participate in the team's continuous improvement projects (optimization research, dissemination of best practices).

Your Main Activities Are

  • Support the team in the production of reports to CIB Top Management for risk monitoring purpose
  • Alert the management to key indicators that do not comply with internal guidelines and external obligations
  • Analyze Internal Procedures to support the production of executive summaries for CIB Top Management and CIB community
  • Analyze and reconcile data, perform controls, investigate root causes of issues and escalate inconsistencies
  • Assist in delivering the projects, in process automation, simplification

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or related areas
  • English fluent
  • Proficient in MS Office Pack, especially Excel, Tableau, VBA and Power BI
  • High adaptability
  • High analytical ability
  • Ability to collaborate with others
  • Ability to develop a process, manage data and define relevant performance indicators
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
