What you’ll be doing at Webhelp

As a Dutch-Speaking B2B Sales Representative, you will:

• Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision-makers, build quick reports, assess needs and close the sale
• Explain products/solutions and value propositions to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating Google products.
• Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure
• facilitate sales transactions by advising customers on suitable products that best meet their needs and encourage purchases.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed
• Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints

We’ll be a great match if you:

• Have a high level of Dutch and English fluency (B2)
• Have at least 1 year of experience in the sales industry (mandatory)
• Have at least 6 months of experience in cold calling for sales
• Know CRM system
• Are outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner

It would be a plus if you:

• Have good interpersonal and communication skills, including strong collaboration, influencing, and facilitation skills
• Are skilled in compiling and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources with strong attention to detail
• Are self-driven, adaptable, and a reliable team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility and resiliency.
