Summary:

The Customer Support Engineer provides technological support to customers

Responsibilities:

• Document all customer or internal trouble tickets and track each ticket to resolution, contacting appropriate team members when necessary to assist in trouble resolution
• Provide end-user support for solutions on an as needed basis via email and phone support
• Participate in “on call” rotation for customer severity 1 issues
• Ability to work closely with team members and other functional organizations
• Ability to learn and master new Software platforms/versions as needed
• Ability to think “out of the box” when working on tickets
• Desire to grow and succeed in a fast-paced growing organization
• Strong attention to detail
  
  

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to identify and understand issues and resolve customer inquiries quickly and effectively
• Demonstrated intermediate skills with the standard features of various personal computer word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and other proprietary software)
• Superior interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals
• Computer related Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of comparable work related experience
• 1-2 years of MS SQL Server and other database experience a plus
• Ability to speak Spanish or Portuguese to work closely with international clients
