Our team is born remote, we have over 18 nationalities on the team, and our main markets are North America and Western Europe. We’ve been around for 9 years, but are still very much a fast moving, agile growth company.

BrandBastion is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team that will:

• Build case studies, return on investment analyses and other reports to demonstrate value of BrandBastion services to clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate comprehensive reports and visuals that distill in house and external data into actionable recommendations.
• Translate raw data into compelling narratives that resonate with stakeholders and drive decision-making.
• Stay up to date of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance analytics capabilities.
• Develop and implement innovative approaches to analyze social media trends, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

• Core understanding of social media community management and marketing statistics.
• Self starter with the ability to ship projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in Google Slides.
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
