About the project:

Provide services for an American video game developer and publisher based in Irvine, California. The company originally concentrated on the creation of game ports for other studios' games before beginning development of their own software in 1993, with games like Rock n' Roll Racing and The Lost Vikings.

Your Responsibilities:

• Customer support via email and chat, mainly in Russian, but in some cases also in English;
• Assistance with questions about the account and payment processing;
• Resolve login and registration issues;
• Restoring and changing emails, phone numbers, and other account related information ;
• Processing hacked accounts and restoring characters;
• Answering questions about tokens and pre-paid game cards;
• Processing any inquiries regarding payments and processing refunds;
• Professional management of customer data;

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian (must be at least C1)
• Communicative level of English (at least B2)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Offer:

• Standard salary of 1227 gross
• The first contract for 12 months, It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one)
