What you'll doAs a Technical Support for Microsoft, you'll support deliveries;Work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform;Determine technical support Pain areas while working with Customers;Provide feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams;Achieve the CPE team goals and the time to resolution or escalation, enabling a response time similar to competitors;Maintain technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and Platform training;Participate in the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for the cloud.

Requirements

Native Italian speaker;Fluency in English (minimum B2);Customer service experience (in technical support environment is a plus);Troubleshooting mindset is also a plus.
