We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Business Development Executive to join our rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making sales calls to US companies posting senior positions, utilizing their consultative skills to develop and maintain client relationships. We are seeking an A-Player who is ready to embrace the unique challenges and opportunities of this role and grow with our organization.

You must have an North American accent when speaking in English to be considered for this role.

This position is ideal for someone eager to thrive within an international setting and excited about the prospect of building something from scratch. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse business cultures and make a significant impact on our company's growth.

Professional Office Setting Requirement: Given the outward nature of this role, all calls and professional interactions must be conducted from a professional office setting, not from home. Keller will cover the associated costs for this office space. The office location would be yours to choose and would be rented specifically for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target companies posting senior positions that align with our service offerings
  2. Conduct high-level sales calls to decision-makers, demonstrating the value of our services
  3. Employ a consultative approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  4. Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using our CRM system
  7. Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
  8. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements

Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the recruitment industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers

Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions

Charismatic and energetic personality, with a passion for building relationships and driving sales

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:

  1. Background in the recruitment industry or experience selling services to US companies
  2. Existing network of contacts within the US business community
  3. Experience in consultative selling or a background as a consultant
