Working tasks

• Handle cases from existing customers and consumers in general
• Provide assistance with customer service cases, support, and general information about the client and its products/services
• Address payment matters
• Assist with cancellation of subscriptions
• Handle requests for change of address
• Address complaints of missed service
• Process new orders
• Assist with access to customer web accounts
• Provide information about events

Your profile

• Strong customer service spirit with a solution-oriented sales perspective
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Competence to negotiate with customers, even in challenging circumstances
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Willingness to take responsibility for reaching targets
• Genuine interest in serving customers
• Dedication to delivering the best possible customer satisfaction in every interaction
