(Senior) Software Engineer - CRM Platform - #237170

We're looking for a motivated (Senior) Software Engineer who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have a direct influence on our success. The team you will be joining provides services, and tools for the company’s CRM platform and 3rd party integrations while ensuring effective, compliant, and error-free communication to our customers.

• Work in a self-organized and cross-functional team.
• Design, plan, and implement services/integrations from scratch.

• Maintain/modernize historical services.
• Analyze, propose, and drive technology improvements.
• Write clean and comprehensive code.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization.
• Act as a team player that is not working in a silo but creates collective ownership and learning opportunities.
• Apply automation and follow company best practices standards.

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or relevant industry experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Software or Data Engineer
• Know how to write and test solid Python code
• Familiar with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps practices
• Experience/willing to learn SQL
• Familiar with/willing to learn distributed data platforms: events streaming, analytical warehouse, and persistent long-term storage.
• Worked with/willing to learn cloud-native engineering (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
• Not scared to look into HTML/JavaScript code.
• Experience with Braze tool is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
